Did Nancy Isime make me cut my hair?
When I picked the topic for my undergraduate project, I wanted to prove that gangsterism in Nollywood films influences violent behavior in Nigerian university students. However, my findings showed that the influence was majorly in the use of slangs from these films and adopting the dressing or fashion style of gangster characters. Now that I think about it, I went on low cut in 200 Level because Nancy Isime looked so cool as a gangster rocking a low cut. Film is such a powerful communication tool and it interests me enough to push me to pursue a career in film
